First off, unfortunately you will need to create a new account. Those were not able to transfer over because we implemented a new account system to make it easier for all of our customers to keep track of orders and reorder with ease.
Our invoicing system is also going to be changing a bit. We want every step of the way to be as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. With that said, if you have any issues, feel free to head to the Contact Us page to reach out so we can help get you through placing your first orders.
For Dealers: When you checkout, make sure you use the "For Authorized Users Only" payment method so we can invoice you for the order.
